How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Find Ohmlify and tap "Cancel Subscription"

You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I restore my purchase?

If you've reinstalled the app or switched devices:

1. Open Ohmlify
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap "Restore Purchases"

Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund:

1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Sign in with your Apple ID
3. Find Ohmlify in your purchase history
4. Select "Request a refund"

The app is crashing. What should I do?

Try these steps:

1. Close the app completely and reopen it
2. Restart your device
3. Check for app updates in the App Store

Wire colors are not displaying correctly

Make sure you have selected the correct country in the app settings. Different countries use different wire color standards. If the issue persists, please contact us.
