1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Ohmlify application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and CloudHonest ("we," "our," or "us").
2. Description of Service
Ohmlify is a reference application that provides:
- Wire color code references for various international standards
- Electrical calculators (Ohm's Law, Power, Voltage Drop, Wire Size)
- Wiring diagrams
- Electrical symbol references
The App is designed as a reference tool and works offline after installation.
3. License Grant
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and install the App on your personal device
- Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
This license does not include the right to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
- Copy or distribute the App's content
- Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
- Remove any proprietary notices from the App
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
4.1 Free Features
Basic features of Ohmlify are available for free, including wire color references, basic calculators, and symbol references.
4.2 Pro Subscription
Ohmlify Pro offers additional features through the following subscription options:
- Monthly: $2.99 USD per month, auto-renews
- Annual: $19.99 USD per year, auto-renews (save 44%)
- Lifetime: $39.99 USD one-time purchase
4.3 Payment and Renewal
- All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
4.4 Refunds
All purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple through their standard refund process. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Important Safety Notice
Ohmlify is a reference tool only. The information provided should not be used as the sole basis for electrical work.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF INFORMATION
We do not warrant that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- The information is current or accurate for all jurisdictions
- The App will meet your specific requirements
- Any defects will be corrected
5.1 Electrical Work Safety
Electrical work can be dangerous and may be regulated by local laws. You should:
- Always verify wire colors with appropriate testing equipment
- Consult current local electrical codes and regulations
- Hire qualified electricians for electrical work when required
- Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate protective equipment
We are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or violations resulting from reliance on information in the App.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOUDHONEST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Personal injury or property damage
- Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CloudHonest, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
8. Intellectual Property
The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned by CloudHonest and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Electrical standards referenced in the App (IEC, NEC, BS, DIN, etc.) are the property of their respective organizations. Ohmlify is not affiliated with or endorsed by these organizations.
9. Updates and Modifications
We may:
- Update the App to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance
- Modify these Terms at any time
- Change pricing for Pro subscriptions (changes apply to new subscriptions only)
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe:
- Violates these Terms
- Is harmful to other users or us
- Violates any applicable law
Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CloudHonest regarding the App.
