CloudHonest ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Invoice Maker mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

Information We Do NOT Collect

Invoice Maker is designed with your privacy in mind. We do NOT collect:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data
• Device identifiers for advertising (IDFA)
• Contacts or address book data
• Photos or camera data (except logo images you explicitly choose)
• Health or fitness data
• Financial or payment information (handled entirely by Apple)
• Your invoices, client data, or business information

Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The following data is stored only on your device and iCloud and is never transmitted to us:

• Invoices & Estimates: All invoice data, line items, and amounts you create
• Client Data: Client names, addresses, VAT numbers, and contact info you add
• Business Profile: Your business name, address, logo, and VAT number
• App Preferences: Language, template selection, and other settings
• Pro Status: Whether you have an active Pro subscription (verified through Apple)

iCloud Sync

If iCloud Drive is enabled on your device, your invoices and client data sync to your private iCloud account. This data is stored in your personal iCloud storage and is not accessible to us. See Apple's Privacy Policy for details on iCloud data storage.

Information Collected by Apple

If you make an in-app purchase, Apple processes the transaction. We do not have access to your payment information. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details on how Apple handles your data.

How We Use Your Information

Since we do not collect personal information, we do not use your information for any purpose. All app functionality operates locally on your device or through your personal iCloud account.

Locally stored data is used solely to:

• Display and manage your invoices and estimates
• Populate your client information when creating invoices
• Apply your preferred template and language settings
• Verify your Pro subscription status
• Calculate VAT and late payment fees

Third-Party Services

Invoice Maker uses the following third-party services:

Apple Services

We use Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases and iCloud for data sync. Apple may collect certain data as part of these services. See Apple's Privacy Policy for more information.

No Analytics or Advertising SDKs

Invoice Maker does not include any advertising SDKs, analytics platforms, or third-party tracking tools. We do not use Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar services.

Data Retention

Since we do not collect your data, we do not retain any personal information on our servers. Data stored on your device remains there until you:

• Delete the App (removes local data)
• Delete iCloud data from your Apple account settings
• Reset your device

Data Security

Your invoice and business data is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure storage mechanisms, and synced via your encrypted personal iCloud account. Since no data is transmitted to our servers, there is no risk of data breach from our end.

Children's Privacy

Invoice Maker is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children or any other users. The App does not require account creation or any personal data input beyond your business information.

Your Rights

For Users in the European Union (GDPR)

Since we do not collect personal data from our users, GDPR data subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability) do not apply to our services. However, you can always:

• Delete the App to remove all locally stored data
• Manage your iCloud data through your Apple account settings
• Contact us with any privacy concerns

Note regarding your invoice data: Invoice data you create belongs to you. It is stored on your device and your iCloud account only. We have no access to it.

For Users in California (CCPA)

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties. Since we do not collect personal information, CCPA rights regarding data access and deletion are not applicable to our services.

For Users in Other Jurisdictions

Regardless of your location, Invoice Maker does not collect or transmit your personal data to our servers. Your invoice and business information stays on your device and your private iCloud account.

International Data Transfers

No data is transferred to us from any country, because we do not collect or transmit any user data to our servers. iCloud data transfers are governed by Apple's privacy policy and data processing agreements.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Posting the new Privacy Policy on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top
• Including a notice in the App's update notes (for significant changes)

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
