Your privacy matters. InvoiceMaker is designed with privacy in mind. Your invoice data stays on your device and in your personal iCloud account.
1. Information We Collect
InvoiceMaker collects the following types of information:
Data You Provide
- Business Information: Your business name, address, email, phone number, and logo for invoice generation
- Client Information: Names, addresses, and contact details of your clients
- Invoice/Quote Data: Line items, amounts, dates, and payment terms
Automatically Collected Data
- Analytics Data: App usage patterns, feature interactions, and screen views (via Firebase Analytics)
- Crash Reports: Technical information when the app crashes (via Firebase Crashlytics)
- Subscription Status: Your premium subscription status (managed by Apple)
2. How We Use Your Information
- Generate professional invoices and quotes
- Store your data locally on your device
- Sync data across your devices via iCloud (when enabled)
- Improve app performance and fix bugs
- Process subscription purchases through Apple
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored:
- Locally: On your device using secure storage
- iCloud: In your personal iCloud account (if enabled) - encrypted and controlled by Apple
We do NOT store your invoice, client, or business data on our servers. Your data remains under your control.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Firebase Analytics: To understand app usage and improve features
- Firebase Crashlytics: To identify and fix crashes
- Apple iCloud: For optional cloud backup and sync
- Apple StoreKit: For subscription management
5. Data Sharing
We do NOT sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data may be shared only:
- With Apple for subscription processing
- With Firebase for anonymous analytics and crash reporting
- When required by law

- Access: View all data stored in the app
- Export: Export your data using the app's export feature
- Delete: Delete all data using the "Clear All Data" option in Settings
- Disable Analytics: Contact us to opt-out of analytics

- Local data encryption on your device
- Secure iCloud storage with Apple's encryption
- No transmission of sensitive data to our servers

InvoiceMaker is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
