1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using InvoiceMaker ("the App"), developed by CloudHonest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
InvoiceMaker is a mobile application that allows users to:
- Create and manage professional invoices and quotes
- Store client information
- Generate PDF documents
- Track payments and business transactions
- Sync data across devices via iCloud (Premium feature)
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the accuracy of your business and client information
- Ensuring your invoices comply with local tax and business laws
- Backing up your important data
- Keeping your device and iCloud account secure
- Using the App in compliance with applicable laws
Important: InvoiceMaker is a tool for creating invoices. We do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. Consult a professional for guidance on tax compliance and regulations.
4. Premium Subscription
InvoiceMaker offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Weekly Plan: Billed every week
- Monthly Plan: Billed every month
- Yearly Plan: Billed annually
Subscription Terms
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by CloudHonest and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
6. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create using the App (invoices, quotes, client data). We do not claim any rights to your content.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Results obtained from using the App
- The accuracy of calculations (users should verify)
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudHonest shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from your use of the App
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CloudHonest harmless from any claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
