Privacy Policy
Short version: OneSweep runs on your iPhone. Your photos, contacts and calendar never leave your device. We run no server, we require no account, and we sell no data. The only time the app talks to the internet is when you choose to connect Gmail, and then it talks only to Google, with your own login.
1. Who we are
OneSweep is published by Cloud Honest LLC (cloudhonest.com). Contact: support@cloudhonest.com. We are the data controller for the small amount of data described below.
2. What the app can access, and what it does with it

You can refuse or revoke every permission in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security. The related module then shows an explanation instead of a result. The app does not stop working.
Photo categories ("Travel", "People", "Pets", "Docs") are produced by Apple's on-device Vision framework. No image is uploaded to produce them.
3. Gmail (Email Cleanup module)
The Email Cleanup module is optional. Nothing in this section applies unless you tap "Connect Gmail" and sign in with Google.
- What we read: the sender address, subject line, date and message ID of messages, so the app can group promotional mail by sender and show you counts. The app does not read message bodies or attachments.
- What we change: only when you confirm on the review screen, the app moves the selected messages to Gmail's Trash and, if you choose, sends the unsubscribe request found in the message headers.
- Scopes requested: Gmail metadata read and Gmail modify. These are the minimum scopes that allow reading headers and moving mail to Trash.
- Where it runs: all requests go directly from your iPhone to Google's Gmail API using your own access token. There is no OneSweep server in between. We never see your mail, your token, or your Google account.
- Token storage: the access token is stored in the iOS Keychain on your device. It is deleted when you tap Sign out, and when you delete the app.
- Revoking access: at any time, in the app (Email Cleanup → Sign out) or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
OneSweep's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: Gmail data is used only to provide the Email Cleanup feature you see in the app. It is not used for advertising, is not sold, is not transferred to any other party, and is not read by any person.
4. Data the app stores on your device
- Activity log: a record of the deletes and merges you confirmed (item counts, sizes, dates, and the contact merge previews). Stored only on your iPhone. You can clear it in the app, and it is removed when you delete the app.
- Settings: your similarity slider position, language, and Face ID lock preference.
- Widget: the home-screen widget shows the storage figures iOS reports for your device. It stores nothing else.
5. Data we do not collect
- No account, email address, name or password is required or collected by us.
- No analytics, crash-reporting or advertising SDK is included in the app.
- No advertising identifier (IDFA) is read. The app does not track you across apps or websites.
- No location data.
- No photo, contact, calendar or email content is ever uploaded to us or to anyone else.
If we ever add crash reporting or analytics, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent inside the app before anything is sent.
6. Payments
OneSweep Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment. We receive no card number, billing address or name. We only receive an anonymous confirmation that a subscription is active, so the app can unlock Pro features. See Apple's privacy policy for how Apple handles payment data.
7. Children
The app is rated 4+ on the App Store and has no content aimed at children. Because we collect no personal data, we knowingly hold no data about anyone, including children under 13 (or 16 in the EU).
8. Your rights (EU, UK, and everyone else)
Under the GDPR and similar laws you have the right to access, correct, delete and export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Because OneSweep stores your data only on your own iPhone, you exercise these rights yourself:
- Access / export: the Activity log is visible in the app. Photos, contacts and calendar remain in Apple's own apps.
- Delete: clear the Activity log in the app, sign out of Gmail, or delete the app. That removes everything.
The legal basis for the Gmail feature is your consent, given when you sign in with Google and withdrawn when you sign out. If you believe we have processed your data unlawfully, you can complain to your local data protection authority. You can also email us first at support@cloudhonest.com and we will respond within 30 days.
9. Security
Gmail tokens are kept in the iOS Keychain, which is encrypted by the device. All network requests to Google use HTTPS. There is no OneSweep server to breach.

No other third party receives anything.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top and, for any change that affects how your data is used, show a notice in the app before the change takes effect.
