Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Cloud Honest LLC ("we", "us") for the use of the OneSweep iOS app and widget ("the app"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and where the two conflict, these terms take priority to the extent Apple's agreement allows.
1. What the app does
OneSweep finds items on your iPhone that you may want to delete or merge: duplicate, similar, blurry, old and large photos and videos, screenshots, WhatsApp media, duplicate contacts, duplicate and old calendar events, and, if you connect Gmail, promotional email. The app shows you what it found. You decide what to remove.
2. You are in control of every delete
The app never deletes, merges or unsubscribes from anything without your explicit confirmation on a review screen. Photo and video deletes additionally go through the iOS system confirmation, and deleted photos go to the Photos app's "Recently Deleted" album for 30 days. Contact merges and calendar deletes cannot be undone by iOS; the app shows a full preview and a warning before you confirm.
Please review before you confirm. We cannot restore a contact, event or email that you chose to delete.
3. What the app cannot do, and says so
iOS does not allow any app to read other apps' storage use or to change iCloud photo settings. Where a feature is blocked by iOS, the app tells you and links to the right Settings screen. We do not claim to free space that we have not measured.
4. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as allowed by the App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app, or use it in any unlawful way.
5. OneSweep Pro subscription
- Plans: OneSweep Pro – Monthly (USD 4.99 per month) and OneSweep Pro – Annual (USD 29.99 per year). Prices in other countries are shown in the App Store before you buy and may differ.
- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Managing and cancelling: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period already paid for.
- Free trial: if a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Payment and refunds: all payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
- Restore: use "Restore Purchases" in the app's Settings to reactivate Pro on a new device with the same Apple ID.
- Price changes: if we change the price, Apple will notify you and ask for your consent before the new price applies.
6. Gmail feature
The Email Cleanup feature uses Google's Gmail API with your own Google account. Your use of Gmail remains subject to Google's terms. We are not responsible for changes Google makes to its API that affect this feature. Unsubscribe requests are sent to the addresses that senders themselves publish in their email headers; we cannot guarantee a sender will honour them.
7. Third-party services
The app uses Apple frameworks (Photos, Contacts, EventKit, Vision, StoreKit, WidgetKit) and, optionally, the Google Gmail API. We do not control those services.
8. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We do our best to make duplicate and similarity detection accurate, but no detection is perfect. Similar-photo results depend on the sensitivity you choose. You are responsible for reviewing results before confirming a delete. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of photos, contacts, events or email that you confirmed for deletion. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights in the EU and UK.
10. Apple's role
Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its content, for maintenance or support, or for any claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on any US government list of prohibited parties.
11. Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will be shown in the app or on this page with a new effective date. If you do not agree, stop using the app and cancel any subscription. We may end your licence if you break these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
